1. Agreement to Terms

Full Self Posting is a WordPress plugin and web service that:

  • Automatically searches the web for relevant topics and SEO data
  • Generates blog content using artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs)
  • Schedules and publishes posts to your WordPress website according to your preferences
  • Provides analytics and content management features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties.

5. API Requirements

5.1 Your API Keys

You must provide your own valid API keys for:

  • OpenAI API
  • Google Gemini API
  • Any other third-party services required for functionality

5.2 API Costs

You are solely responsible for:

  • All costs associated with API usage
  • Monitoring your API usage and spending limits
  • Compliance with third-party API providers’ terms of service
  • Any charges incurred through your API accounts

5.3 API Key Security

We encrypt and secure your API keys, but you remain responsible for their management and any unauthorized usage.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Fees

Access to the Service requires payment of subscription fees as displayed on our website. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.)
  • Payment is due immediately upon subscription
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

6.4 Refunds

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALUKAN PTE LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content
  • Damages from unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Third-party API costs or usage

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kalukan Pte Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

14. Termination

18.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kalukan Pte Ltd regarding the Service.

19.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
